One of the best ways to get the most out of your MCWA membership is by joining a committee. Committees are where friendships are formed, ideas become reality, and members work together to make a positive impact in our club and community. Whether you have a few hours to volunteer or would like to take on a larger role, there is a place for you.

Art Market Committee

The Art Market Committee plans and coordinates MCWA's annual Art Market, a special event that celebrates the creativity and talents of the Marsh Creek community. Members work together to organize an enjoyable marketplace where Marsh Creek Country Club members can display and sell their handmade arts, crafts, and other creative works.

Care Committee

The Care Committee helps support members and Marsh Creek residents during life's challenging moments. Whether celebrating a milestone or offering comfort during illness, surgery, or a family loss, this committee helps ensure our community feels cared for and connected.

Communications Committee

The Communications Committee shares the story of MCWA. Through our website, emails, social media, newsletters, and other communications, this team keeps members informed about events, opportunities, and the impact of our organization.

Membership Committee

The Membership Committee welcomes new members and helps create a warm, inclusive environment for everyone. Committee members greet attendees at monthly luncheons, assist with seating arrangements, maintain membership information, and publish the annual Membership Directory.

Outreach Committee

The Outreach Committee leads MCWA's charitable efforts throughout the St. Augustine community. Members work with local nonprofit organizations, coordinate volunteer opportunities, and help identify ways for MCWA to make a meaningful difference through service and giving.

Programs Committee

The Programs Committee plans the engaging speakers and presentations featured at our monthly luncheons. This committee helps create educational, inspiring, and entertaining experiences that keep members informed and connected.

Social Events Committee

The Social Events Committee plans fun opportunities for members to gather outside of our monthly luncheons. From happy hours and special outings to seasonal celebrations, this committee helps foster friendships and strengthen our sense of community.

Fundraising Committee

The Fundraising Committee develops and organizes events that raise funds to support MCWA's charitable initiatives. Members help create meaningful events that combine community involvement with philanthropy.

Nominating Committee

The Nominating Committee helps identify future leaders for MCWA. This committee works to recruit and present a slate of qualified candidates who will guide the organization and continue its mission of friendship, service, and community engagement.
